A history degree? You’ll never get a job with that!” Our parent’s concerns were not unfounded; it is difficult to find a job in the history and heritage sector. Many jobs are contract positions, with limited stability, and low wages. Know History was built on a vision to do historical research differently. All our staff are full-time employees with health benefits, paid time off, and paid professional development. We proudly offer the best compensation rates in the industry and have been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Employers for Recent Graduates by the Globe and Mail. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment for our researchers to grow their skills and build meaningful careers in the field.
We are proud to hire and retain the best historians and guarantee that your project will be done with passion, by people who care.
